The journey continues to Mtskheta to explore the sacred Jvari Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site perched on a hilltop with breathtaking views of the river confluence and one of the finest examples of early Georgian Christian architecture.
Next, you travel to the historic Didgori Battlefield, the symbolic site of Georgia’s famous 1121 victory under King David the Builder, representing courage and national pride.
The tour concludes at the magnificent Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, the spiritual heart of Georgia and one of its most important religious landmarks, believed to house the robe of Christ.
